TNT Express
Excluding some very small items, all orders placed online are despatched using our primary courier, TNT Express. TNT Express is unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Mail Service points and some remote locations - for these destinations we use Australia Post.
TNT Express offer two delivery options: Overnight First Class and Road Express. Items under 5Kg are able to be despatched via Overnight First Class. Road Express is used for larger, heavier items where the delivery time frame is not critical. Insurance is available with both delivery options.

Australia Post
For deliveries to PO Boxes, Mail Service points and remote locations (including some offshore islands) we use Australia Post.
Express Post and Express Post Platinum are used for small, light weight items under 3Kg. Registered Post is used for larger, heavier items where the delivery time frame is not critical. Insurance is only available with Registered Post.
Note that not all our products may be shipped via Australia Post. There are imposed size and weight restrictions. Australia Post do not accept consignments greater than 20Kg or items longer than 105cm.

Hunter Express
For very large, heavy and/or bulky consignments to select destinations we may use Hunter Express. Hunter Express is unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Mail Service points and some remote locations - for these destinations we use Australia Post.
Road Express is the only delivery option available. Insurance is optional.

Delivery Cost
The cost of delivery varies depending on the weight and volume of the order, the destination and the customer's timing requirements.
The freight charge for an order will be displayed prior to an order being finalised for your confirmation. Multiple quantities of heavy items such as boxes of time cards, or time clock units may require separate deliveries due to excess weight. You will be contacted and given the freight options prior to delivery.
Delivery costs applied are based on one single consolidated delivery. In the event that some of your ordered items are on back-order, you will be contacted and given the option to select partial shipment of your order. Additional freight charges may apply.
Delivery Details
For delivery to major State and Territory cities and surrounding areas please allow up to 5 days from date of clearance of payment (for items in stock).
For delivery to more remote or rural areas please allow a further two working days.
All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Pricing and stock availability are subject to change without notice, and all sales are subject to our returns policy (E&OE). No information given by any visitor or customer will be sold to a third party.
