Error E-17 displayed on the Seiko QR-395

If your Seiko QR-395 displays error E-17, it means the memory has developed a fault and is not formatted correctly.

To correct the problem:

1. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the power to the Seiko QR-395.
2. Try performing a soft reset of the Seiko QR-395.

If neither of the above steps clear error E-17, you may need to reset the Seiko QR-395 to factory default and reprogramme.

If the problem persists, the QR-395 must be repaired or replaced.
